Booking & Payment

• A reservation is confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received.
• Payment methods and schedules will be outlined at the time of booking.
• Sea House Villas reserves the right to cancel any booking if payment terms are not met.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made in writing to damian@seahousevillas.com.
• Refunds may be issued in accordance with our cancellation policy, provided at time of booking.
• No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to treat the property with respect and follow all posted rules.
• Excessive noise, damage, or illegal activity may result in eviction without refund.
• Smoking is not permitted inside any unit. Pet policies must be followed as outlined in booking agreements.

Liability

• Guests use Sea House Villas at their own risk.
• Sea House Villas is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during your stay.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

Privacy

• Your personal information is handled according to our [Privacy Policy].
• We do not share your data with third parties except as required to process your reservation or comply with legal requirements.
