I didn’t start out with a master plan, but I did start with a simple observation. After years leading teams in the fast-paced world of technology and data, I saw how overwhelmed everyone had become. Life felt noisy, fragmented, and a little too fast.
I decided to move toward something more grounded: hospitality. I wanted to create places that actually help people slow down and find room to breathe.
Why This Coast
The rhythm of the place, and what it brings out in people.
What drew me to this coast wasn’t just the ocean views; it was the rhythm of the place. I love the way the morning light hits the water and how families naturally come together when they finally have a bit of space and quiet.
I created Sea House Villas to be that space—homes that are refined and intentional, but never formal. They are places built for reconnecting with yourself and the people you love.
How We Host
Simplicity, genuine care, and the details that matter.
Coming from a world of complex systems in my previous profession, my biggest lesson here was actually simplicity. I learned that in hospitality, a spreadsheet can’t replace genuine care. I’ve traded “optimizing” for focusing on the small details—making sure our oceanfront villas are clean, consistent, and ready for you to enjoy the moment you walk through the door.
Sea House Villas is for the families, couples, and groups who value a real connection over a big spectacle. We aren’t trying to be everything to everyone; we just want to provide the best coastal stay possible—one that feels personal, grounded, and easy
To me, this project is about helping you return to your daily life with a little more clarity. I can’t wait to host you and show you why I love it out here so much!
